Japchae is one of Korea’s most beloved dishes—and for good reason! In this class, you’ll learn how to make Korean Japchae, a delicious noodle dish made with chewy sweet potato glass noodles, colorful vegetables, and savory seasonings.
We’ll prepare the ingredients together, learn the traditional techniques for cooking and seasoning japchae, and then enjoy the delicious meal we’ve made!
Each person attending the class must register and purchase a spot.
The cooking class will take place in my home. After you register, I’ll email you the address and additional class details.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled class are not eligible for a refund, credit, or rescheduling. Ingredients and supplies have already been purchased and prepared specifically for your reservation.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled class will receive a credit equal to the value of the class. This credit may be applied toward any future Seoul Table cooking class.
